Overview
Aconex was a construction project management platform that featured dedicated instances for each client.
While each instance gave each client a bespoke set of features and data sovereignty, this setup resulted in multiple account login credentials for contractors who do contract work simultaneously for different construction companies. Having multiple accounts also posed security issues as the chances of sharing or losing credentials was high.
The Global Login project aimed to solve this user problem by consolidating all multiple accounts and allowing log in from one location via a single sign-in experience.

My role in the project
I was, in the beginning, the Senior User Experience designer, and in the later parts, have moved into a Product Manager role as a way to implement this new experience more with speed.
The next sections you will be see are mostly from a pitch deck I illustrated, designed, and wrote together with the Senior Product Manager.

Outcome
With the below pitch and the design proposals, stakeholders appreciated the problem to solve, and our team received the funding we needed to execute the vision.  There was significant user adoption of the new login system from Day 1.
